All bulk bags supplied include delivery to Mainland UK.

Orders over £65.00 (ex delivery) are delivered free of charge.

For UK Islands, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands there are added surcharges.

For European deliveries there are higher rates, please email enquiries@ecocharlie.co.uk before ordering.

Stock permitting, standard delivery items are currently dispatched within 24 hours and delivery within 3-7 working days of your order being accepted. Some products we offer come directly from the manufacturer and consequently can take up to 2 weeks to be delivered. Please note delivery lead times one each product page for up to date delivery times. If you order a mixture of items, please take the longest delivery time as the delivery time for all products.

Please note during busy periods delivery can take up to 10 working days. This however does not happen often as we try very hard to get everything out withing 3-5 days.

Please note our busiest period is between February and July so your patience during this time is appreciated.

Where possible, when our normal dispatch is affected by Industrial Actions or similar event beyond our control, we will endeavour to send your goods by an alternative carrier.

For all orders over £50 a delivery signature is normally required. However, if your order totals over £50 but you would like your goods to be left without a signature, please contact us with written confirmation (e-mail, fax or letter - or indicate this fact in the relevant field when ordering online) that this is acceptable and the location in which you wish the goods to be left. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods once they have been left under these circumstances but we will be able to replace damaged products as per our normal terms and conditions.
If you order over £65.00 of products (excluding delivery) then we will pay for your delivery. This applies to mainland UK only. It is as simple as that.
